This meeting is a follow to the March 9th meeting between People for Parks, CD10, WCBIC and KYCC. Additional
invitation has been extend to RKF Community Schools members Deborah Bailey, Paul Schrade and Yoomee Ha.

I also found the original RFK Park Concept presentation that the Wilshire Center Business Improvement
Corporation (WCBIC) put together back in 2003 when the school was still in design phase. As you can see from
the attachment, Bryant Park in New York was what was being used at the model for the park concept at that
time .

In the Fall of 2003 the WCBIC got over 1,000 signed forms from community members for the support of a Robert
F. Kennedy Memorial Park of at least three acres at the Ambassador Hotel site.

The critical fact is that the RFK Community Schools field site gives the Wilshire Center/K- Town community its
only real solution to creating a great park which is centered to where we live and work.
